A special meeting of shareholders of the Farmere' Association, at which 200 were present, confirmed the resolution to reconstruct to remedy a teobcioal defect. There was Home criticism of the inclusion of auotion business as a large nek in tbe amount out on bills. A rearrangement is expected to be concluded in about a fortnight. Tbe now directorate
