Loan and Mercantile Company
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) LONDON, July 1. The Board of Trade declines to intervene in order to stop tbe action against the old direotors of the L. and M.A. Company. Mr Stewart, tbe liquidator, is asking Mr Justice Williams to sanotion the payment ot the costs of the aotion out of the assets of tbe old company.
