ELECTORAL (Mr Seddon).
This Aot makes various technical alterations in tbe Electoral Act. A " stewardess " is declared to be inoluded within the definition of "Beaman.". A shearer is to mean and include 'every person who during the season of the year for shearing sheep in any locality is bonafide employed in shearing. A person is to be deemed to have " resided"" within tbe district ~wh'erein EeTna¥Trrs usual plaoe of abode, notwithstanding bis occasional absence therefrom.
