It is reported at Shanghai that twenty battalions of Chinese troops have been ordered to Corea forthwith, as there is seemingly small hope of settling tbe dispute with Japan. YOKOHAMA, Jaly 2. The Japanese Government has summoned Gorea to relinquish tha suzerainty of China, and accept Japanese protectorate. The Government has despatched 3000 additional troops to Seoul, the capital. Tbe Chideee Government has sent an envoy to Seoul to confer with the Japanese authorities with a view of settling tbe difficulty;
