TRIAL REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS.
Tbe match between-the Manutahi team and Hawera Juniors did not come off on Saturday owing to the heavy rain. Waimate defeated Stratford on Saturday on the latter's ground, H. Good scoring a try early in the game. Tbe Stars and Waimate are now equal for tbe Cup, and tbe final will be played on Friday next, probably at Hawera. Tbe following will play for Hawera Juniors against Eltbam on Saturday next, at Hawera:—Hunter, Ooffey (2), A'Court, Keith (captain), J. Winks, J. Boyd, Blyth, Trott, Bartlett, T. Winks, Carter, Hobbs (2), Young; emergencies, Robertson, Moore, Claraon. The game will commence at 3 p.m. All players are requested to attend practice on Wednesday afternoon. The following are the present positions for the Senior Championship :—: —
