Beef.— Ox, 20a to 225; cow, 18s to 20s lOOlbs. Some averages of fat steers were JB9 2a 6d, £8 10s, £7 8b Id, £7, £5 10s- ; £5 2a 6d. Cows.— £6, £5 17s 6d, M 11s 6d, £5 6s, Xi 17s 6d, £4 12s 6d.
