Arrest of James Balley
£980 ON HIS PERSON.
ASSUMES THE NAME OF PALMEE

SYDNEY, Jane 14.
A man calling himself Palmer, supposed to be tbe abeoonder named Bailey from New Zealand, has been arrested in Dubbo. He bad recently lodged £980 in New Zealand notes in tbe bank at Orange. He afterwards withdrew it in notes and gold, and then went to Dubbo.
WELLINGTON, June 16.
The Commissioner of Police has received a cable confirming the arrest of Bailey, the New Zealand absoonder, in Dabbo, New South Wales, with £900 in his possession. A constable will be sent immediately to bring the acoased back.
