WANGANUI ELECTION.

WANGANUI, May 27. Mr. Willis addressed a large meeting of electors. He epoke at great leogth in inpport of the Government policy, and would support them. He was in favor of female franchise on general principles ; he was averse to borrowing and would extend education privileges to Catholics in large oentres. A unanimous vote of thanks and confidence was accorded him.
