MR. NEWTON KING'S WEEKLY REPORT.
New Pltiouth May 26. Cattle.—-At Inglewood, on Tuesday, I had a fair muster of stock. Calves made 25s to 275; mixed, 31s. I sold privately this week 1000 steers on of several Stratford clients, the buyer hailing from Palmerston. This clearance should cause prices to harden, more especially as few large mobs are coming forward.
