Cheese. — Cheese have been a very good sale since our last circular. Summer States and Canadian can hardly be got, and Septembers are held firmer at the prices on the other side. United States and Canadian choicest Septembers', per cwt, 545— 565 ; United States and Canadian choicest, spot, early maKea, 45s — 48s ; New Zealand, to arrive, do., 56s— 60s; Dutch cheese, 48s — 535 ; choice Scotch Cheddars, grass, 58s — 635 ; do.
