AUCKLAND, January 7. The stallion Capapie bas been purchased by a Wanganui breeder far 200 guineas. DUNEDIN, January 7. At the Champion 'Cycling Meeting, tbe following were tbe winners :■— Two-mile Roadster — R. Crow (Dunedin). Threemile Championship — Hayward (Christchurch) and Kerr (Sydney), dead heat. Three-mile Handicap— R. Crow (Danedin). Five • mile Championship — Hayward (Christcburcb). Five-mile Handicap — North (Chrißtchurcb). Ten-mile Championship—Hayward (Christoburoh).
