The Emperor of Germany.

BERLIN, May 5.
A deputy named Schoerer, has been sent to gaol for four months for assaulting the Editor of tbe Taglsblatt, who published erroneons and incorrect reports of the death of the late Emperor of Germany.
The Emperor continues very weak and his temperature is lower now than when he was first attacked by fever. He appears daily at the window of his residence, and the daily bulletins as to his condition, have been abolished.
