IREDALE'S BANKRUPTCY ANNULLED.

At a sitting of the Bankruptcy Court to-day, the order of the registrar adjudicating Frederick Iredale bankrupt was discharged and the order declared null by Judge Kawson. Mr. Hutchison for Iredale ; Mr. Caplen for McLean. Captain Edwin telegraphs to-day : — Every indication of a sharp frost tonight. The Waverley is still bar hound. Pope on Emmet. We may mention that several well-known ladies and gentlemen have promised to assist in the way of giving music tomorrow evening. The secretary of the Hawera Football Club has written to the secretary of the New Plymouth Club, suggesting that 20 men should at once go into practice for the match with the Englishmen, and suggests that the Match Committee (composed of one delegate from the New Plymouth Club, one from Manaia, one from Pihama, one from Waitara, and one from Hawera) should meet at Hawera. being the most central position, and pick such a team. The men could then at once go into training. Mr. Kivell further adds that special trains should not be forgotten, as this end of the district will be very largely represented at the match.
