' All Nominations, Weights, Acceptance and Entries will close at the Son. Seer tary's Office at 9 p.m , unless otherwii specified in programme. No entry will be received for any rai except upon this condition — that all di putes, claims, and objections arising outi< the racing shall be decided by a majorjl of the Stewards present, or those whoi they may appoint. Their decision upo all points connected with the carrying oi of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addresse to the Hon. Secretary, Hawera, entranc money enclosed, with name, age at time < entry, pedigree, and, in the case of hand caps, performances of the horse, name c the owner, and colors of the rider. All persons intending to withdraw horse are required to give notice to that effect t the Hon. Secretary or Clerk of the Scale one half-hour before starting.
