HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
Monday, November 21. The House met at 7.30. Dr. Newman resumed the debate on the Wanganui Harbor Bill, which was read a third time by 37 to 36. A Dumber of local bills were passed through committee. The New Plymouth Recreation and Racecourse Reserve Bill and the New Plymouth Borough aud Harbor Board Street and Reserve Exchange Bills passed through committee without amendment. Eight bills which had been put through committee, were then read a third time, and passed. The following bills were read a first time : — Governor's Salary and Allowances, Civil List Amendment, and Parliamentary Honorarium and Privileges. The House rose at 12.30 a.m.
