WORKMAN'S WAGES.

To the Editor of the Star.

Sir, — There was a statement made in a letter sinned " Cnto," published the other day, which I should like to see cleared up. He said the Stout-Vogel Government had attempted to reduce wages of the workinK men in Government employment. Now, I understand that it was tbe Atkinson Government that did this. If so, they should be blamed — not the Stout- Vogel Government. — I am, &c,

Working Man.
