The debate on the Home Rule question has been adjourned nntil Thursday, 13th inst. Mr. Chamberlain is believed not to be contented with the concessions made by Mr. Gladstone, and will vote for the rejection of the measure. In tbe House of Commons yesterday the Crofters Bill was read a third time. Her Majesty the Queen left London today tor Liverpool, in order to formally open the Naval Exhibition in that city.
