LONDON WOOL MARKET.
Mercantile Agency report, under date, London, -11th December :— Wool sales closed at about the level of last sales on the 11th. Scoured, market 'unchanged. Superior scoured has advanced to Id. Greasy, market unchanged. Clothing, market -firmer, and combing washed, market firmer. Fine cross-bred, firmer ; but coarse cross-bred, declined Id. to l£d. Merino and lambs, market firmer. A good many -second hand parcels have been offered during the past sale's. Sales comprised about 114,000 bales. 16,000 bales have been, held over for future disposal, consisting chiefly of Cape of Good Hope wdols. -50,000 bales have been taken for export: .
