The weather was very unfavorable for good shooting ; Btill the average was quite as good as at the other matches, if not better. Trooper Lee, who was not looked Upon .as one of the hot favorites, proved that outsiders can win cups with the rifle, ittst as. outsiders can win some of the beßt hone races.
