THE NEW VICTORIAN MINISTRY.

Melbourne, Monday. The new Ministry has been formed, as follows : —
Premier and Chief Secretary — Mr. Graham Berry. Minister of Education — Mr. W. C, Smith.
Minister of Railways — Mr. J. B. Patterson.
Treasurer or Attorney-General — Mr. W. M. K. Vale. Minister of Lands — Mr. Richardson. Minister of Public Works— Mr. Langridge. Minister of Mines — Mr. Williams. Commissioner of Customs — Mr. A. T. Clark.
The other portfolios have not yet been filled up. Professor Pearson and Mr. Reid, M.L.C., have joined the Ministry, without portfolios.
Melbourne, Tuesday.
A verdict of temporary insanity has been returned in the case of Greer, who shot at his wife and a Frenchman named Soudry, at the Opera House, in a fit of jealousy.
