NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOR.

TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR.

Sib, — As " Citizen" seems to possess a considerable flow of soul, I have taken the trouble to analyse the small vial of liquid sent me in Wednesday's Star, and I find that it contains a fair amount of that useful article, : now named " Grey bunkum," which is extensively used in the manufacture of fireworks. The quality would have been much better had it been less muddled, but this can be easily rectified by throwing in a liberal amount of common observation. This would in no way interfere with the flow, but would possibly increase it. Trusting these remarks may be of some value to " Citizen,"— l am, &c, Analyst. ;Hftitoa, July 80.
