THE WRONG POWER.
A windy orator in the American Legislature, after a lengthy effort, stopped for a glass of water. "I rise," said Blosb, "to a point of order." Everybody Btared, wondering what the point of order was. "What is it ?" asked the speaker. 'T think, sir," said Bloss, 'lt is out of order for a windmill to go by water."
