NATIONALISTS ATTEMPT TO KILL NEW REGIME. :(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m.) ALLAHABAD,-July 11. Hopes that members of the Congress Party, would constructively use their ministerial office are rather shaken by the Congress President Jawaharial Nehru’s declaration that the party will operate the Ministries in such a manner as to prevent the materialisation of the federation, thereby killing the India Act. Preliminary staps have already been taken by members of Congress to take office in Madras and Bihar where they secured an absolute majority.
