Foreman Takes Title From Jimmy Kelso
UNPOPULAR WIN ON A FOUL Received Tuesday, 2 a.ra. SYDNEY, May 22. At the Stadium in a fight for the lightweight championship of the British Empire, A 1 Foreman (the challenger) gained the verdict on a foul in the third round from Jimmy Kelso, the titleholder. The latter made a demonstration when Foreman fell apparently hit below the belt. The oflicials and police were compelled to enter the ring to restrain Kelso from menacing Foreman’s seconds.
