Hitler Helps SIGNATURE PRACTICALLY ASSURED Received Monday, 10.30 p.ra. LONDON, May 22. The Daily Telegraph says the Rnal negotiations on the FourPower Pact were facilitated by Hitler’s conciliatory speech and the change in the German attitude toward the Disarmament Conference. The Pact will he signed at Home, and Hitler is expected to attend. Herr Goering, in an optimistic ■statemept to Journalists, said its aignature was practically assured.
