Sprinkle a- little,, grated cheese on top and bake till tender but not broken.

Steam it gently for tvyo -hours, then pat a slice of fiat bacon pn the breast and roast it in a quick oven for an hour, removing .-.the bayou - during' the last half-hour so..that-th.e breast may brown. Cooked in this Tyny it will be as tendergs 13...y0ung ,<j]iieken. Adding a little curry powder to a dark-coloured soup which has accidentally caught a little? It will invariably disguise the burnt flavour.
