assembly rejects censure MOTION. Received Wednesday, 9.50 p.m. CALCUTTA, Feb. 3. The Indian Assembly at New Delhi rejected by 62 to 44 the Opposition’s censure motion in connection with the promulgation of the recent emergency ordinances and the arrest of Gandhi and other Congress leaders, thus endorsing the Government’s policy. Gandhi’s son Devi has been arrested a railway station in Punjab while en route to the North-West Frontier.
