HOW THE WRECK WAS POUND.

(Received This Day, 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3. It is expected the submarine will be .raised and towed to shallow water today. The Admiralty has revised its previous arrangements for a funeral service. The submariners position is where .the captain of the Tynesider saw the 'submarine submerge .stem first and is also close to where the flags were found. Its position was detected by the destroyer Torrid using a powerful sounddetecting apparatus, which picked up ■ sounds indicating the presence of a newly-sunk submarine. Minesweepers swept the area and discovered the M2. Divers descended, but were unable to reach the bottom owing to a strong tide. They are awaiting a slack tide. The Torrid located a wreck in this vicinity on January 26th, but divers found the wreck of a boat sunk in wartime and buoyed the spot. UNDERWATER CRAFT NOW EXERCISE IN PAIRS. When one dives, the other buoys the spot and remains there til it rises.
