PARISIAN FASHIONS.
In Paris, states a correspondent, brown glace kid and bronze shoes are being worn, the former for walking in the morning, the latter for the afternoon Plain court .shoes are the favourites. Very fastidous young women who can afford it have their shoes made to match their dresses. To wear with a grey and green dress the shoes .lie grey kid piped with green lizard. Navy blue and white go with a dress of the two colours, and with the many red frocks now worn'the shoes may be in black and red. Plain black shoes are much more usual. Black satin evening shoes trimmed with a clasp of onyx and brilliants are in good taste. Satin and crepe de chine are put together in some evening shoes. The sandal shape is popular. The excessively high heel is not worn, either by day or in the evening. The easy, short, pull-over glove in reindeer or suede is the best style. The colour may be dark or light. Washing gloves are the rule. A few dress designers have tried to bring in gloves of fantastic cut, but they do not become papular. There are evening gloves made of metal thread, and there are gloes made of velvet, and of the same material as the dress with which they are worn, trimmed with fur. Pav gloves, too, are sometimes worn, the latest fashion in them being shaved Jamb, light or dark, white beige, brown or black. The wide flared gauntlet made of dress material is pulled in at the elbow to form a puff. This is designed to go with a melon-shaped muff. Well-dressed women avoid too fantastic gloves,
