Aged Prelate Passes Peacefully
LATE ARCHBISHOP OF . CANTERBURY. Received Sunday, (5.45 p.m. LONDON, May 25. The death is announced of Rt. Bov. Lord Randall Davidson, former Archbishop of Canterbury at the great age of 92. Old and frail, Lady Davidson watched unceasingly at the bedside of her husband "'ho just before death came raised his hand as though to salute -cr. A faint smile played about his lips, but for the most part he lay quietly with his eyes half open. He died peacefully in his sleep. A little crowd 'of people waited all day outside the house the doors of which romain'od closed.
