Forbes, on his arrival this morning from Wellington, had an interview with the Governor-General ami then left for Rotorua by car to consult Sir Joseph Ward. Mr Forbes will leave Rotorua to-morrow afternoon 'o join the express at Frankton for Wellington, where, on Wednesday, he will submit his Ministry to His Excellency. Tl e swearing-in will probably take place later the same day. ,
