YOUTH SENT TO BORSTAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association .*; DUNEDIN, This Day.. He was a member of one of the worst bunches of young hoodlums that have been in Dunedin for some time said the Magistrate, Mr J. E. Bartholomew, when dealing with Francis Henrv Taylor, aged, 20, who appeared for sentence on a charge of having insufficient means of support. The police said accused left Dunedin without notifying the probation officer. He had previous convictions and was a thief. He's not a trier and always seems to have a grievance said the probation officer. Accused was sentenced to two years' Borstal.
