TENNIS ON SUNDAYS.
BARRED BY CANTERBURY ASSOCIATION AT WILDING PARK.

A full meeting of delegates to the Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association decided, last night, that Sunday play at Wilding Park should not be permitted. Delegates from duos that already permit Sunday play joined with the opposition on the ground , that the proposal would affect the popularity of their clubs and cause- loss of membership.
