RESULT OF MOTOR CYCLE COLLISION WITH PEDESTRIAN. CHRISTCHUBCH, This Day. As the result of a collision at midnight, in Oxford Terrace, between a motor cyclist and a pedestrian, three people had to be taken to hospital. They were: Samuel Pickett, aged 60, rider of the motor,cycle, and Elizabeth Nelson, single, his pasßenger, both suffering from head injuries, but not seriously; and J. Wilson, an elderly man, who "was tho pedestrian, and who sustained a severe sealp wound and a fractured leg, his condition being serious.

KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR, BUS PASSENGER DIES. AUCKLAND, This Day. Samuel Richardson, aged 48, single, died in hospital as the result of severe internal injuries, sustained through being knocked down by a motor car when alighting from a bus at Glen Eden last night.
