ARRESTS IN THE BALKANS.

A Council of War is inquiring into the discovery of an international spying organisation with branches in Prague and throughout the Balkans. Three persons have been arrested —a doctor, a lawyer, and an engineer, who were alleged to be in possession of impoitant military documents. Several prisoners, arrested on charges of carrying on Communist propaganda, allegedly acting as couriers, were charged as accomplices.
