WERAROA ANNUAL SALE
WELL-BRED, DAIRY CATTLE AND PIGS.
Highly bred and useful stock will be offered at the annual sale to be held at the Central Development Farm, Weracoa, on Wednesday, commencing at 12 noon. The lines comprise 24 Fries- ' ian and l?ed Poll yearling bulls, three Red Poll cows and heifers, two of which are in calf, and a number of Berkshire and Large Black boars and sows. The Farm has been carrying Red Poll cattle since 1918, and the bulls to be offered this week are the best that have '- yet been marketed there, both as individuals and from a pedigree point of view. Among the Friesians there are several bulls of outstanding merit, besides a number of good dairy sorts. The pigs are a valuable selection, including boars fit for service, besides some about six months old, which have great "* promise. A. specially attractive line should be (he sows due to farrow ibout a fortnight after the sale, both breds being represented in this respect.
