Mr S. A. Broadbelt (Levin., has been elected chairman of the Manawatu and West Coast Dairy Co.’s Association executive for the ensuing year. Miss J. Wills, who has been relieving teacher on the staff of the Levin District High School for the past two months, left for her home in Nelson this afternoon. Miss Wills had charge of the section of Standard II occupying the Druids’ Hall, and though working under many disadvantages in regard to accommodation, the class made great progress under her care, and the departure of so capable a teacher is to be regretted.
