HOUSE TOTALLY DESTROYED.
(Per Press Association.) ■, BLENHEIM, August 12. A six-roomed house owned and occupied by L .C. Schroder, at Spring lands,',was totally destroyed by fire last night. Mr Schroder was absent and his wife and six children wen; home. It is assumed that a child with a lighted candle caused the outbreak. ,The insurances on the house were £4OO and on the furniture £6OO.
