OFFENDS HIS PARTY. {Received This Day, a.m.) PARIS, August 11. The Socialist Federation in the Seine Department ejected M. Varenue, a Socialist uncmber ol the Chamber, from the party for accepting the post of Governor-Genorai of indo-China. M. Varenue claimed that the appointto apply Socialist labour laws to the to apply Socialist Labour laws to the natives, who were at present being exploited. He declared he could not retract from a promise given to the Premier.
