Negligence Not Proved A collision between two cars in the neighbourhood of the Te Mahanga turnoff had its closing chapter in the Hastings Police Court to-day, when Mr J. Miller, 8.31., dismissed the charges ot negligent driving and failure to keep to the left preferred by the police ' against James Reid Corskio. Corskie liml pleaded “not guilty.” Defendant was represented by Mr 8. W. Strang, of Waipawa. Senior Sergeant Macuamata prosecuted.
