Mrs C. Atkinson, Napier, has returned from a visit to Dannovirke.

Mrs J. P. Leahy, who, with her two daughters, has been visiting Air and Airs Hayward, Lower Hutt, returned home last evening.

Miss Valda Renouf, daughter nf Mr and Airs A. H. Renouf, of Napier, has been appointed to a responsible position on a Wellington weekly newspaper. Miss Renouf is spending a few days with her parents prior to assuming hei new duties.
