A PRACTICAL DRESS. —The draped encolure is still en vogue and undoubtedly it is the most ideal solution of this rather difficult problem. Here it is used on a brown woollen dress villi three quarter long sleeves. Note the dominating buckle at the belt now almost obligatory and the pockets which seem to return to the dresses.
