They were also charged with inciting dockyard employees, and with a breach of the Official Secrets Act. Delia stated that the Italian Consul had asked him to obtain secret information regarding the dockyard and navy. He refused, but got in touch with a dockyard employee through Flores. Both later refused to continue their inquiries.
