McLennan. Murray, Roberts and Co.’s trophy, allotted to Maori scoring most points at meeting, G. Kuru. Yates Cash Stores’ trophy, allotted to fastest head in class 2, J. Sutherland. Mr J. Morrison’s trophy, allotted to youngest competitor at meeting, P. N. Davidson. Loan and Mercantile’s trophy, for best work at yard, J. Turley. Austin Memorial trophy, for man scoring most points in bracelet and huntaway with two dogs, P. Forrest. W, Whyte’s challenge cup, for one dog scoring most points in short head open, J. Thom. J. Turley’s cup, for dog scoring most points in class 2, J. Turley. Col. W. Neilson’s cup, for one dog scoring most points in class 3, huntaway, J. Turley. C. F. Jacob’s cup, for team of three dogs, one heading and two huntaway, J. Turley. A. W. Parson’s cup, for dog, or dogs, scoring most points in classes 1,2 and 3, J. Thom. 11. V. Hill’s cup, for local maiden man and dog scoring most points in class 2, G. Kuru. Ned Lowe’s cup, for local maiden man and dog scoring most points in classes 1 and 2, K. Kuru. Gold medal, presented by J. Helm, for maiden man scoring most points at meeting, G. Kuru. The outstanding success of the trials is in no small measure due to the group of hard-working officials, especially the joint honorary secretaries, Messrs R. A. McGreevey, who carried out their duties in a most capable manner. The judge, Mr N. Tilley, Takapau, gave the greatest satisfaction by his decisions.
