ITALY STOCKING-UP OIL
Will Soon Be Ready for Any Crisis ROME, March 29. Italy has purchased heavy shipments of oil from Rumania. Admiral Cavagnari, Italian Undersecretary of Marine, states that the fuel reserves of the Italian navy will soon be sufficient to face any crisis, even of long duration.
