Argentine Adds Difficulty

PROBLEM STILL UNSETTLED (Received 20, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 19. British and Dominion Ministers and officials reassembled this afternoon without settling the meat problem. The British Ministers earlier met representatives of the Argentine, who submitted a reply to Britain’s modified proposals. The British Ministers referred them to the Dominions, whose experts will immediately examine them in committee. The Argentine’s reply suggests adjustments presenting difficulties to the Dominions.
