CHARITABLE BEQUESTS
The estate of the late Mr Matthew Stuart Holmes, of Dunedin, has been sworn for probate at under £30,01X1. The following bequests have been made: £lOO for relief of the poor of the Knox Presbyterian Church; £25 to the Knox Sunday School; £lOO to the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand for the home missions fund; £5O for the aged and infirm Presbyterian ministers’ fund; £lOO to Dunedin City Mission ; £10:1 to the PiTsbyierian Social Service Association for Ihe boys’ orphanage; £2OO to I lie same for tho aged poor-, Cino In the Otago Presbyterian Girls' College Board of Governors; £lOO to the Dunedin branch of the Salvation Army.
