COUP d’ETAT PLAN
Allegations in House of Lords (Received 10 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9. During the Committee stage of the consideration by the House ol Lords of the Incitement to Disaffection Bill, Lord Allen said Unit it had recently come to bis knowledge from a source be had no reason to doubt that there was some kind of movement afoot iu Britain to seize the 8.8. C. and bring about a coup d’etat similar to the one prepared in Vienna Interviewed by the ‘Daily Herald,” Lord Allen refused to say whether the plan came from the Right or Left, hut said it was seriously discussed by one of the parties which believed in unconstitutional action. He did not think the plans had progressed beyond the contemplation star’-
