TRADE NEGOTIATIONS
Irish Free State and India (British Official Wireless.) (Received 7, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, April 6. Trade negotiations between the Irish Free State and the Government of India opened in London at the office of the Irish Trade Commission secretary, Mr. Dulanty. Possibilities are being examined of developing trade by tariff preferences. The meetings are a sequel to conversations during the Ottawa Conference.
