Good Templars’ Resolutions By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 4. The Grand Lodge of the Internation, al Order of Gobd Templars at its sessions to-day passed a number of resolutions regarding the liquor trade, including one urging the imposition of a heavy duty on ingredients sold for home-brew, and one urging that the penalty for driving a car while in a state of intoxication be imprisonment without the option of a fine. The installation of the Grand Lodge officers was carried out to-day.
